Large promotions scaled across all mediums. Design was responsible for managing design & messaging consistency across platforms, teaming up with cross functional partners to create engaging content to drive top line sales.

Mass promotional emails sent out 1-2 times daily to list of 3+ million customers. Additional targeted program and promotional emails sent on a case by case basis.

Close collaboration with Marketing and Business partners to ideate promotions, content, length, frequency & duration, and ensure promotion cohesion across platforms. Leverage previous week’s sales numbers to drive bottom line and future growth.
